  • David Rubery

    David has worked in a range of civil sectors, including local government and predominately the private commercial civil sector across roading, defence, airport, energy and 3 waters infrastructure.

    David lead the Higgins Projects Division for 20 years and has specialist governance and project director experience on Waka Kotahi Roads of National Significance, NZ Defence Force infrastructure and the CBOP delivery for five major wind farms in New Zealand.

  • Stan Goodman

    Stan has worked in the civil construction sector in his various roles as a shareholder and managing director of his family owned Goodmans Contractors, who are a leading New Zealand company in bulk earthworks and civil construction. Stan is a specialist in bulk earthworks materials, methodology and environmental management and has been the project director for this scope across some of New Zealand’s largest civil projects in the roading, quarrying, defence and energy sectors.

    Stan has managed the delivery of the principal civil subcontract works for four major wind farms

  • Marianne Archer

    Marianne is a shareholder and director of the family owned Goodman Contractors and has worked in the civil construction sector in various roles including quantity surveying. Marianne has a hands on role in compliance management where she has developed and managed systems across inventory and plant asset management, job cost and revenue reporting, quality, health & safety, sustainability, wellbeing and training. All these systems are integrated and link into various innovation and sustainability initiatives.

  • Dion Cooper

    Dion has worked in both the Civil and Structural field over the last 17 years in both Design Consultant and Contractor roles.

    Dion specializes in large concrete construction projects, such projects include large precast process buildings for Fonterra, Bridges/underpasses and major culverts for Waka Kotahi. These projects are complex and Dion understands that ensuring good construction outcomes come from supply chain management, construction programming and methodology’s but also ensuring effective communication between multiple parties is key to best for project outcomes.

    Dion has a passion for the renewables and energy space having worked on Substations and Windfarms as a consultant then being the Construction Manager for the Waipipi Windfarm Project.
